My little ones love this! It is super cute and endless fun. It is a little smaller than I expected but I can’t complain for how occupied it’s kept my three year old. The value of this is worth it. She feeds her little turtles and they have become a staple in her pretend play. Quality and durability are very nice. The apple slice is a little thin and was scratched up already but no big deal. Overall I’d buy it again and I will be checking out some other tender leaf products.
It's so cute but the wood is thin and breaks easily.bits also so much smaller than it looks from the pictures. My 5 year old lives the tortoises

We really like this brand and the turtles are a great addition to our dollhouse pets! Bought for a 4 year old. There are many small pieces if your child is younger.

My 3 year old LOVES turtles and this was perfect. He likes to "take care" of the mommy and baby turtle. These are wood and there were no splinters. Packaging was good.

I bought 2 sets for my twins. They love playing with the baby turtles, feeding them food, and playing with the little house. I was thinking this would get plalyed with here and there...but my kiddos play with the littler turtles on the daily.

I had my eye on this for a while because they look SO CUTE! My little guy loves turtles and also small playsets (something about miniatures…). He was only 2 1/2 when he received this for Christmas last year, but he is relatively responsible and doesn’t ever put things in his mouth, so I wasn’t concerned about the size. And he loves these tiny turtles so much! He carries them around everywhere, and even adds the food to his grocery/cooking play haha. Yes, I have to keep a close eye on where they end up so we don’t lose them. But I’m just like that anyways…more of a me problem ;)If there is any worry of your young children eating small pieces, I agree it’s a good idea to wait until they’re older. But I certainly wouldn’t take away a star for the size. I also don’t think they’re TOO small for a preschooler to manipulate, and small toys like this are great for fine motor skills anyways! Seems like good quality (haven’t chipped or broken even with very frequent use) and again, huge bonus points for the stylistic choices on these turtles!
This was a surprise hit with both my 4yo daughter and 7yo son. I wasn't super impressed by the workmanship but it's ok. However, it's getting a ton of play so I have to give it that!
I purchased this as a gift. I believe that my little recipient will really enjoy this set, as we have enjoyed many others under this brand.
