This pretend wooden cake is not only super adorable but I love how it comes with realistic birthday candles!Update: I added a photo for size reference the circumference of the tender leaf birthday cake is the size of my palm. Kinda small, but still perfect for pretend play.
I'm a big fan of Tender Leaf toys, especially their food items. This birthday cake is by far our favorite. Our 2 year old was overjoyed to receive on her birthday and still loves to sing the birthday song and blow out her pretend candles. it's well made, sturdy and so beautiful. It's easy for her to manipulate take the candles in and out etc.
This was the perfect birthday gift for my 2 year old! Every time we asked what he wanted for his birthday he said “candles! Cake!” and this is perfect. I love that the candles are pegs that fit into holes in the wooden cake pieces (much better than the Velcro I saw on similar products). Both my 2 year old and 4.5 year old love this toy :)

Really adorable! Our daughter can’t have solids due to a gi condition so instead of cake she got a toy one! Unfortunately some of the paint on the toy is smeared in places but we didn’t have time to exchange. Still a great toy she plays with almost daily!

1.5 yo loves this wooden birthday cake and will not stop singing "happy birthday." Melissa and Doug have a similar product with lower cost but I chose Tender Leaf because I like the color scheme better (and less pieces to clean up) :)
Lovely little cake, my son has played panty of times with it. He will use it to sing happy birthday to everyone. Great quality, beautiful soft colors. The best is that it’s none toxic and come from a trusted company!
This is a cute toy, and fit in well with other wooden kitchen toy sets we have.
A little pricey but a great addition to my son's play kitchen...and Mama loves that this one doesn't have velcro unlike many on the market. His old one got fuzzy lint stuck to it or scratched up delicate furniture in my home.
